ESPN gets UK rights for 40 football internationals
The UK arm of sports broadcaster ESPN has boosted its football content portfolio with the broadcast rights for 41 international football matches.

The rights were acquired in a deal with the Kentaro media rights agency.

The matches include friendlies in the period leading up to the 2010 World Cup, 16 Euro 2012 qualifiers, matches from the Brazil national team's world tour, and at least 20 other friendlies.
